How can we prevent unauthorized people from playing?

If a staff member reveals their password to a non-authorised person, they break the conditions. It's not the playing which is an issue but the redemption of incentives. To claim their incentives, they will have to validate their claim through a series of security questions on line.

Are incentives open ended?

No. Incentives are available to claim for 6 months. Clients can pause or change the game at any time and we can program the system's degree of difficulty. Clients are only liable for successfully completed games as governed by the conditions.

Is FBT payable?

We have sought independent accounting advice which suggests there is no FBT liability for rewards under $100 per annum per employee. You should however seek your own independent legal and financial advice. You should consider whether FBT is a liability for your business as an employer directly employing participating employees. You may wish to limit levels of participation as a result.

Gametime is hosted in Australia on a non Windows software platform called SiteFortress. This platform is also used in the banking and online subscription industries and is viewed as safer than traditional UNIX and Windows platforms.
